Jake Schwab, is the President of Schwab Realty, LLC, and is a real estate broker who has been licensed by The Texas Real Estate Commission for over 20 years. Jake was raised in Leon County, graduated from Centerville High School, and remains supportive of the community. As a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Jake is committed to maintaining the high standards of professional service on which Schwab Realty was founded.

Amy Schwab is the Vice President of Schwab Realty, LLC, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University, and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Amy is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a Texas Certified Public Accountant. As a member of the National Association of Realtors, she is committed to maintaining high professional standards, and stands ready to provide assistance and support throughout your purchase or sale.

Andre Schwab, founded Schwab Realty in 1981. He has over 35 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas, and has a deep knowledge of the property in Leon and surrounding counties. Prior to starting Schwab Realty, Andre served the community as a registered public surveyor and was elected as Leon County Surveyor. Andre is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, and he has led the way in setting high standards for real estate professionals, and has established this firm as the leading Real Estate Agency in Leon County. Eric has several years of real estate experience in Leon County, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University. Eric and his wife, Julie, have twin children, Paige and Trayce.  Eric stays active in the Centerville Community, serving as a member of the Centerville ISD School Board and a Member of the Centerville Chamber of Commerce.  An avid outdoorsman, you can rest assured that Eric will find you the perfect hunting or fishing property, and is always ready to go the extra mile to assist you in your property purchase or sale.
